Need Your Suggestion To Buy A Vehicle Between 1.3 – 1.8 M

I’m planning to buy a car in-between 1.3 – 1.8 m range with below features

• Fuel efficient
  
• Comfortable
  
• Full option
  
• Good second hand market
  
• No Indian, Korean, Malaysian vehicle
  

Please help me to find a vehicle. Really appreciate your suggestions.

In addition to what Schiffer has mentioned,

Relatively fuel efficient, comfortable, full option car with a good resale value within the budget would be Honda EK3. Price will vary with the YOM.

If you are willing to compromise on comfort and age in favour fuel and resale values, you could get a pre-English number AE110.

However, you can safely forget the idea of getting a vehicle less than 10 years old, that meet your requirements.

Now I'm thinking of Mazda 323, Honda city and Lancer CS1. Compare to those 3 which one is the most comfortable/ fuel efficient vehicle. Please share your thoughts...

IMO forget the Honda City, coz its Made in India

and from the other two, im a bit biased about the CS1, also you could consider a EK3 as well. like the others suggested

Schiffer i'm think he's talking about old city.one that related to ek civic if so it's made in thailand any ways chandima_J as Schiffer said your best choice is to buy a civic ek3 than city as for your list i think mitsubishi lancer cs1 is the best bet for you.

i think he's talking about the 2000 City mate

and i came across one or two made in india

but yea the best choise is an EK3 if its a honda

but fuel economy, YOM i'd say the CS1

but if u go for a 2001 elentra all the requirements will be there except not been Korean which is a false belief

i also have seen this car. i think it's an indian one. you can get a 2007 one around 1.8M. im also going to buy a car and my budget is same as yours. im thinking about 323 or a proton gen 2

Isn't the EK3 VTEC quite comparable to or perhaps even better than the CS1 when it comes to fuel economics ? And you can have a Civic Ferio for about 1.8M.
