Wiper Stand By State Not Working- Vitz

Hi All..

Thsre is wiper problem in my vitz SCP10..its like this..

Normaly there are 3 speeds of the wiper..in vehicles

in my case

1- stand by - not working

2 -working

3 -working

Can anybody guess what the cause is??

you will have to get this checked by a electrician,there is 1 guy at darley road just next to sunlanka,ask a guy from there he will introduce u to him and u can sought it out,man your vitz have issues huh?
