Srilanka you can try at motorcade at staples street Colombo 02.

I don't think this type of meter is available in Srilanka you can try sending a Fax with your Email to the address given below once I got down a mater through a friend of mine who used to travel once a month to India.

You can give details of what you want only to measure the fuel consumption meter when you drive.
