Ive used the search & there had been few threads on this sometime ago.. but lately the prices have changed & new models have entered the mkt. so pls shred some light..

Im planning to upgrade to a better vehicle for a budget of 2.5mil, following is wat we are looking for,

1.Sedan/Suv (No hutchs)

2.At least 9-10Kmpl in city (daily use)

3.2000 & late

4.Reasonable maintenance cost (low maintenance)

5.Good Handling & performance

If you can manage 26, you could find a good Vios. The Carina GT and the Honda Vi-RS aren't as economical as some people imagine them to be.

I think Mazda Famillia (2002) would be a good option, drives beautifully.

You can't say better. Mechanically both are more or less same unless es1 Vt model.In es8 you get a fender strip right round on doors.

really are you sure about that?.from your view to be economical how much a car should do on fuel?.

afterall i find HR-V to be more appealing out of these

There are few CR-Vs if i extend the budget a lil bit.. feeling like it is a better option than the HR-V
