Must be a damaged headlight seal due to heat. Better go to a headlight cleaning joint and remove the water inside and get it sealed properly.

removing the headlight off the body is easy... if i were you, i'd just take the light out of the car....remove the bulb and let it dry itself out after removing water.

if the lens or the housing is not cracked....water must be getting in from the back where the bulb goes in...some silicon sealant or even a glue gun can be used seal things up nicely.... very easy diy
