No Idea about what is costs arround but looking for an reasonable price for an compressor that can be used to paint my car,

checked Brand New Prices at panchi it is arroung 40K.it is too high for me right now,

looking for something having 40 Ltrs,2-3 HP ,over 90 PSI

Mr Sumith,

I bought one direct coupled compressor for 12500.00 Rupees and threw the tank off,because it was Chinese very thin gauge sheet metal one, bought a LPG cylinder for Rupees 3000.00 got it fabricated same compressor on that tank, using for last six months, for my private use had done few cars also no problem with it.

I advice you to go in for direct coupled oneinstead of belt driven. Because losses are more on belt driven compressors and current consumption is also more.

There are plenty of used compressors, they will pump out Oil from the air line outlet. Price difference is very little.

I checked up the costs of compresses who imports compressors from China KBN M achinery (Pvt) Ltd 354 Sri sangaraja Mawatha telephone 2389667.

They are getting a new stock by 15 Th of this month 2HP up direct coupled as well as belt driven. Prices cannot be said till they clear from our harbor. 6 Bar to 10 bar. Single phase.

I get discount 30% from their selling cost. due to my large purchases of water pumps from them.
