I have corolla 110 Manual gear car yom 1997, Its gear bar moves to neutral position when accelerates. to continuous driving it needs to handle gear bar in hand or tie it with a rod all the time. When i ask from my garage person he told that it needs a gear box replacement and its hard to do it properly in locally. Please help me to find a solution. what can i do? It happens only in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear positions. 1st and 2nd are ok. How much will it cost to a proper gear box replacement. Is their any good place to find a gear replacement?
