Late Payment System For Vehicle Transfer Has Been Altered

the newly implemented late payment system ( Rs. 100 per day) for vehicle transfer has been altered again. So i guess open paper business will continue as usual

Hmm ... didn't see this thread before. But this mentioned rule has been changed again. I dont have any supporting info on to how much they have reduced it to but when i went to transfer my vehicle they advice me to come during next week since their system is going to change. If you going to do a late transfer during this week (before their system change) you will incur the late payments if theres any payable.

It is applicable from 1st of October according to radio news. Best thing to get a new set of paper signed from the previous owner.
