you can get one with any mileage you want. In fact you can even get a 70s corolla with 5 miles. Won't be genuine mileage though.

What you need to do it figure out the make/model/year/condition. Mileage doesn't mean much when it can be changed for 2000 rupees.

A Nissan March 12 or an EK3 if you are lucky. 1.8 is the lowest for an average car of that age.
