The Don
Your car is running a bit rich. A Carb tune up is probably the first thing I would try and perhaps resetting some of the jets. If that doesn't work perhaps a repair using a carburetor repair kit might be in order.

You need to go to a competent mechanic, and there are a good couple you will get to know of if you follow autolanka. Now it is possible your car has been tuned up to inject more fuel and generate more power by a previous owner (by using oversize jets). A carb repair is a subtle job, often messed up by mechanics who don't know what they are doing. Since the entire system is mechanical everything is in a fine balance for optimum performance of the vehicle. Many years ago Macro autotech did a reasonable job with my carb but there have been some negative reports about them recently, so I can't really recommend somebody myself. I think komisiripala has a good mechanic and Zackie Ismail is always cited for work on Honda's. But I have not used either personally.
