0 LancerL
As far as I know there is a lack of parts for this in SL also if it available that will be quit expensive comparing to other manufactures. This is what I heard from people talking...

This is what I heard from people talking... Have you ever heard the saying "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing?" If not, you should learn it immediately and not spout nonsense on subjects you know nothing about based on "what you heard people talking" Parts for Audis are freely available in the market with several independent operators in Panchikawatte bringing down spares, in most cases the parts are similarly priced or even sometimes LESS expensive than Geuine Japanese parts.... parts are only expensive if you go to the agent. In addition there is a very good independent specialist (Ruwan-Vishwa Motors) who has all the expertise including diagnostic tools etc. His charges are quite reasonable as well So most used Audis are maintained by him after they get a few years old. If you want to run it like a corolla and are just looking to buy one so you can impress the neighborhood Sumanas and Kamalas then don't, these cars are sophisticated and will require more attention that the average Jap box... If you understand that fact and are prepared to keep on top of scheduled tasks (all German cars like their Maintenance to be properly carried out according to schedule) then you will be able to enjoy a car that is far more comfortable, sophisticated and fun to drive than Japanese cars in the same price range.
