I would like to know about

.what are the steps /componant of engine tune up in EFI engine?

If you know please help me.

My reason is this.I went to a place to engine tune-up for my car.

.mechanic came and put the scanner and said " no fault in the car". then he cleaned the injectors and replaced the new spark plugs.that was only his job and said " engine tune up was finished.took 3500 rupees and I wasnt satisfied about that. engine sound ,vibration , and fuel consumtion are same as before.
