Good Small Car For About 2 Million

Hi Guys.

I am looking at buying a small car and my budget is between 2 and 2.2 Million. I am looking at minimum 1000CC preferably 1300CC and has to be YOM after 2003/4. of course japanese is definitely preferred and fuel economy should be good (10+ Km/L)

If your running is only confined to the city the best, IMO, would be the Jap Alto (660cc) automatic with all options. It does 14kmpl (at least the one my wife uses does that much) is nippy for parking and very low on maintanence with original Jap parts amply available and also swappable with the Indian Alto parts and has a very good re-sale market.

Of course if you intend going on long trips out of the city economy would be there (18-20kmpl) but other things such as comfort, luggage space, pulling power could be compromised.

Why dnt you try for a Lance CS version. You can find a 2003-2004 manufactured one within your budget easily. very reliable car, comfortable, fuel efficient and relatively new (less than 10years old).
