Kia Rio Steering Problem

Vehicle: KIA RIO, 2002,Manual,1500cc

Problem: when try to steer the car it response unexpected way.

even in a straight road when i try to turn (move) the vehicle bit into left or right,vehicle turn(move) twice or more than it is expected.

problem cannot be always recreated. but within a few km drive at least driver can experience this once or twice.

Vehicle condition: wheel Alignment done recently (rechecked again). service has been done properly.power steering fluid level is ok. no strange sound.no check engine light. break system condition is fully checked and it is ok.

please advice me (for next steps), and same time it would be great if you can specify the places that i should go to an inspection on my vehicle.

How many Kilometers your vehicle has done. You have power steering?

The problem what you have it is not always according to your post. It is a very strange problem.

My advice is to get the KIA agents to inspect your problem.

ODO = 110K km approx.

yes it is a Power steering. PS fluid level is ok.

Thanx Sylvi for your quick response and well noted.

Still i am waiting for more inputs from other experts specially who has faced this sort of handling or steering problem.

Check the rack ends and tie rods. If they are worn out you may have that issue.
