Hi experts, I own a Mazda Familia BHALP (1996, i.e Butterfly model). When I was driving on southern expressway a slight whining noise in 5th Gear. When I downshift the gear to 4th gear the noise eliminates. The noise begins whenever I shift the gear to 5th and accelerating. If I release the gas paddle the noise stops.
I think this is due to a worn bearing or something. What do you guys think?
