Depends on many factors but generally speed wouldn't matter as long as you keep the rev's under a reasonable limit. Half throttle as a rough thumb rule. This however does not mean you should take forever to get off the mark when traffic lights turns green or that you should road hog in the fast lane.

Naturally, keep an eye on the temp gauge and it may also be a good idea to change engine oil at the first 1000km after the rebuild
