Car Dvd For Vw Jetta

Hi Guys,

I am looking to buy a good quality car DVD player for VW Jetta 2008 model. The one should fit the dashboard exactly without any frames. Could somebody help me to find one in Sri Lanka. I have placed 2 orders on eBay but both sellers had refunded me giving various issues.

Have you just tried dropping in at one of the many reputed Car Stereo installers in Sri Lanka? Perhaps they will be able to help you out? Gilberts in HUnupitiya would be a good place to start for Euros.

BTW, why do you need a DVD player in a car?

I have tried but they do not have a matching model. Tried few other famous places as well and they do not have. Is there any guys frequently visiting China or Honkong that brings down these parts ?

What you need is a facia adaptor kit for a double din system.

Once you get it you could fix a unit from any main stream manufacturer

Personally I would avoid Chinese unbranded ones as they do not give the level of audio video quality offered by known brands like Kenwood/ JVC/ Pioneer
