Does anyone aware of AIG motor insurance. Do they cover most areas of the country? How about the service? etc.

I got this info from their web site. I want to know about there service. Whether it is good or not. Like the claiming procedure, will it take long time or not. These days we can get 50% off from basic premium. So i am checking whether its good to go.
