Mitsubishi L200 Roll Cover Lock

These are pics of back roller cover in my l200. the lock has been misplaced. where can i find one ? Do i have to replace the whole roller or can i find the lock only ?

Definitely the lock can be replaced, pls show us how the setup looks from inside / underneath, that way I can suggest a locking barrel / cylinder to be used

This is the underneath pic of the roller cover lock area. Can unlock manually using a pointed stick by adjusting towards the arrow head but its very hard

Can be done easily, for example

The attached pic setup

U need to fabricate these bits, a circular plate with calibrated holes, spoke based linkages to your locks, and a metal enclosure

to mount all this in,

you can use a generic toyota lock cylinder with key which is attached to the circular plate

Its not as hard as it looks, DIY or a simple bush mechanic can make this, find a barrel off panchi

You can even use a central lock actuator instead of the lock barrel / cylinder and motorize the thing along with the cabin locks, or wire it up as trunk release.

Thanks very much bro ....yeah the prevoius owner of the cab told me that this was motorized(he is the 1st owner imported personally from uk ,this lock was not there since he owns this) like it will automatically roll in and roll out by switching on/off, dont know he is correct but there seems to have two connections to the roller from inside the cabin
