Hi,

When driving my suzuki Swift (2010 beetle) now I'm experiencing a pick up issue. Sometime when I accelerate bit, the car speed increases rapidly. Earlier it didn't happen. When accelerate bit it increase speed slowly as expected. Now car mileage is 43k and I never changed ATF oil .Is that the problem?

You mean by RPM hits and car not moving enough?

If that is not the case, check your air filter and Spark plugs.

Better go for a tuneup if above didn't work for you.

What was the mileage when you bought the car and do you know when AFT was changed last (ie if it was changed at all after the car was manufactured)?

When accelerate bit, RPM increase unexpectedly (Not like before). Moving more than expected speed. Recently replaced Airfilter and did a tuneup 6 months back

It was 28k when I imported it in year 2012. Now it is 43k beacuse lat two years I didn't drive it regularly.I think it is never changed. When I asked for A*W technician about ATF, they said change it after 80k mileage.

This 80k mileage is bit too long for a car that runs only about 5k kms average for a year like yours. However, your problem may not be related to transmission oil. How about your cold start (ie when the engine is cold)? Does the engine rev up first and then slowly come down as the engine warms up every time? Do you observe the same RPM issue with the AC off? Did this happen immediately after the last tune up?
