A friend of mine wants to know the process of selling an unreg car and what documentation that he needs to do so that he does not fall into trouble later on due to new owners usage

I guess the import certificate and JAAI docs apart from that is there anything else he needs apart from the new owners letter saying he took over the car and his ID copy too?

If he registers the vehicle to the new owners name then car is gone!

yes i guess he will never do that

please can someone tell the process to sell an un-reg car with regards to paperwork and documentation to safeguard oneself
