ghostwriter
if your car comes with a CVT gear box, might be because of that. I have been offered a 2007 Fit Aria for 2.5 mil and after reading this post I had to give up my idea. I'm posting the link hoping it will help to get your problem solved if it continues. https://rayazmuthalif.wordpress.com/2008/07/08/how-to-avoid-cvt-gearbox-failures-in-honda-city-fit-jazz-a-sri-lankan-perspective/
LancerL
I think the problem is OK now and the root cause for the terrible vibration looks like loosen ground wire. But there is a slight vibration comes and goes when I put to D or R soon after the start (which is not that terrible) and I think it is common with this module (Correct me if I'm wrong). Once warmup it is a perfect drive and no more vibration or the noises. Thanks you all for the continues advises and support.
