Toyota 141 2007/2008 spares availabilty

Hello,

I am planning to buy a 141 in near future. And would like to hear from people who owns the same car about the spare parts availability other than from the agent. My mechanic said since these were brought down brand new by the agents, spares are not available at other shops. 

Is it true? Please feel free to share your first hand experinces. Thank you!

What kind of spares you are worried about? 

We had a 141 few years ago and had no problem in finding them, especially from delkanda.

Body parts are coming from Thailand, it seems

No specific part. Just wanted to know since i am going to buy one soon.

Since you had a 141 , can you briefly tell me what should i check before purchasing.
