Toyota Premio idling stop

My toyota Premio 2015 car idling stop is not functioning properly.  Some times the symbol of idling stop in green colour appears on the dash board and when it appears it works. But suddenly the symbol disappeared and it dosent work. Why is this and how to rectify this

Is this issue happens from the beginning or recently observed?

Any difference between night time behavior and day time behavior?

 

Hint:

Since the AC compressor cannot work while engine stopped, engine could be started any time irrespective of vehicle at stop or engine may not be stopped due to increase of cabin temperature. So, this could be not an issue.

There should be a idling stop switch check if thats pressed or not
