Finally found a Viva Elite2010 today and owner is asking for 1.8 M.Not done any repairs major repairs yet. 51000 km Done.First owner.condition is good. Price is ok? any special condition to be checked before buying?

You have to replace timing belt and most probably shock mounts at this age. keep another 50000 for repairs after your purchase.

yes. Car is five years old so you have to replace the T-belt.
