family vehicle for permit

I'm looking for buy a car for permit . my requirements are,

• should be family vehicle(some what 6 ,7 seats) ( i have 2 kids and parents )
• i can go up-to   go up-to 4 million 
• should be hybrid one.

under these category i found

1. Honda Freed (never seen new one recently)
2. honda Jade
3. Honda shuttle  gp7
4. toyota fielder

I don't think shuttle and fielder are 7 seaters. How about Toyota Avenza?

Freed looks better. Since you have a permit, you can order a brand new Avenza through TL.

But if you stick with hybrids Honda Freed, Toyota Voxy are there.
