in the pic i notice a "Preethi Wesak" sign... itz a foregone conclusion dat this isn't a 154 route bus, but vesak is the time the worst of the rides bubble from no where, carrying ppl who go out, who knows this might be one of those buses which is on itz way back after carrying ppl overnight....

/damn during vesak season i have seen unbelievably rotten strange eccentric rides carrying 100's of ppl

There is a similar set of pictures passing via mail these days saying it is the inside of Dialog GSM. But they have forgoton to omit/erace or edit the places where some Indian signs are. This is the another one of such.
