Hello

Let's make it simple, my budget is around 3.6M And currently I'm driving a toyota vios 2004 what's the upgrade I can make for a new car..? is it worth of going for a Honda insight or is there any better options..? My main concern is about low maintenance And less fuel consumption.

There's a lot of cars for that budget  two cars I'd recommend - 

1. Honda Fit (Gp1) Almost same mechanically to the Insight - with it's roomy interior  quite a handy vehicle fuel efficiency will be same as the insight 

2. Lancer CS3 - You can get a 2011/12ish specimen for much below your budget and have spare cash in hand. Fuel efficiency will be less than the hybrids (obviously)  but don't think of fuel efficiency alone. 

there are many other cars you can think of for that budget - this  price range was discussed earlier too do a thorough search. Good luck.
