Chevrolet cruze fuel consumption

I have a Chevrolet cruze. I did engine tune up recently, clean the throttle body, air cleaner and injectors and replaced the plugs. But fuel consumption is same it does 6-7 kmpl with a/c in city normal driving not in huge traffic and carefully driving. does not accelerate more than 2500rpm. 

please guys help me to solve this problem

Can you tell us how you measure the fuel consumption?

FYI I had two of them few years ago (around 2010 or so). The max you get in Colombo is 8kmpl.

Mine does 9-10kmpl in mix usage (city+highway/ no long trips). Is it normal for a chevy?

Yes. I drive one these days...it does worse than that. Sometimes I wonder if there's a V6 inside ?

I thought it would do around 12 kmpl and about to go for a tune up.. ?  if avg is around 10, no worries. Will let the fuel system without tampering.
