Best hybrid cycle for the budget?

As soon as I sell the moped, I'm planning on getting a good quality hybrid bicycle to stay fit & enjoy some fuel-less touring. Had a Tomahawk GT3 MTB before this and it was fine but this time I want to go up a notch.

My local motorbike mech has an aluminum Bianchi with carbon front forks. Ever since I saw that, I want to get back into the hobby.

I checked some Montras & Meridas, but my budget is less than 45K. How are montras when it comes to weight & durability? Also, any chance of getting a used Bianchi in that budget range?

I live near the Kandy-Colombo expressway (A1) so it should be able to climb hills too. Also, will sourcing service/spares be a problem? Or am I better off with a fat-bike?
