Because when i search some online car salling apps(like ###, ######)..... nissan suv models are more cheaper than other brands.
Do u have any advise for me sir ?

Comfort?

Cost and availability of spares?

Uniqueness?

Driving pleasure / handling?

Performance?

Fuel economy

Purchase price?

How would you prioritise all these?

They're cheap for a reason. Low demand - low price and vice-versa. As Devinda mentioned above.
