Is this normal (Vitz 2016)

Guys I had to remove the backseat of my Vitz yesterday and then only I saw these "marks" underneath. They were on both sides of the vehicle. Are these normal? I bought this car from reputable a car sale btw.

These are normal mate, it's a sealant used to cover the welds / tacs 

It's all over newer cars. If you are paranoid about the car check the auction history.

Thank god! :D No mate this is my first car and I don't know much about cars. That's why I wanted to know if this is normal. Thank you for clarifying mate.
