Color change of a vehicle

Can we do this in sri lanka? 
Is it possible legally to paint a car like this?

The car i have in mind is a bmw e30.

I cannot see why it would not be possible..probably will be recorded as a two tone car...although the standard is to have the colors up and down

Granted I do see policing issues for a color scheme like this so it might not be allowed. Nothing wrong in checking. Since you have to get permission FIRST you won't lose any money and effort in painting it and getting copped all the time. So apply for the color change describing the scheme. If they approve it..paint it

It is possible as far as i know, your CR will indicate both colours.
