Suzuki Swift ZC 71 (2009) Shock Absorber

Person agreed to give two front shock absorber (recondition) for Rs. 10,500. is there anything that i should look specially prior fixing it?. Brand new price of the shocks (KYB) is around Rs. 25,000. Is it worth purchasing a recondition for 10,500 or should i replace brand new kyb shocks?

The thing with recondition shocks is you never know how long they have been used or when they would give up. If you are planning on keeping the car for a long time, the KYBs would be a good investment. The Excel-G shock absorbers make the swift handle really well due to the firm setup but it also slightly reduces ride comfort over bad roads.

Dont buy recondition shocks . try to repair the shocks. cost 15k only for all 4 shocks.  i did last time and no issue up to now
