Axio hybrid AC not working

I have been using this car for about more than one year. I do go the Toy#ta L#nka for the services. they told me the fan is not working, the radiator fan has 2 speeds.

I got the fan done from an outside place from a local garage and they manage to get the part from maharagama.

The issue after the fan was replaced now the AC gives slightly warm air is there a connection to the AC from the fan. because the fan was replaced the AC gas may have leaked out! 

I have a suspension on this.  could this be an issue. The H goes to the fan from the AC.
