its seems like its still mugen.

(according to the website)

Im baffled too, 2 months back i saw a Civic, un reg, it had the bodykit n works and in the grill/mesh, a mugen badge was attached... so whats the deal with Mugen warping into M-Tec?

Maybe they hung onto the brandname, though the company name changed?
