Place for custom car badge fabrication (Model name) ?

Looking for customising a gift car to family member. specially some emblems to be changed. you guys know any place to do the job? . I tried 3d painting a customised name, but the outcome is in black colour. I want the final to be chrome plated. Any leads guys ?
