Yup, but S20 non-vtec gearboxes and s40 ones have longer gear ratios than s20 vtec ones. Better if you can get a gb along with the D15B vtec. Axles are same afaik

Are you sure about the cost thing. I know b16 is the way to go,but I thought it will be a costly swap as axles , trany and may be new mounts needed. Planning to visit car smile auto to check their prices.

if you're doing a switch, machan, you can have my intake manifold, air intake, throttle body, exhaust manifold. you can even have my GSR cams. obviously, i'm going to give it to you for a very very high price

so think about it, all you need to spend properly on is just the engine, gearbox, axles and mounts.

Thanks mate!. Need to get a rough idea about the cost before proceeding . Is he a importer or conversion specialist? .
