Android Infortainment Systems

I have a SU 14 bluebird and I am thinking of fixing an Android Infortainment System to my car. Do you have any advice for me? Which brands are good and will I be able to fix a 10 inch one or would I only be able to fix a double din one?

Recently Purchased a Teyes Spro Plus for My Vitara. got it down from Aliexpress. Support is also good since it's Russian and Chinese product and updates are available. not to forget out of the box all the Steering controls worked and all the Wirings also included and installation was a breeze (Installed by myself).
