thats hard to say - ppl like to project é image that thier richer by driving a newer car - thus they worry abt é registration number a lot

cuz afterall no one is ever gonna look at é Y.O.M of ur car of find out without either being a car expert of having a look at the cars papers né

but é number is evident to all - so new no. = rich guy etc is é logic behind it i figure!
