Sl Government Vehicle Tax Policies

Would be most thankful if someone can post info regarding the government tax policies on vehicles. Things like how to calculate the approximate tax based on the engine capacity, fuel type, weight, options, YOM, etc.

Have the government published these stuff on the Internet?
