Hey Anuradha!

When are you updating the 4x4 website?

I'm working on the web site itself, and not its content, with the notable exception of photos. :)

But I hope we should have an official account of the event anytime soon.

Just curious.

Are people picky about having their number plates displayed?

As Praveen also mentioned, it's more of a courtesy rather than a legal requirement IMHO.

Make sure its 4WD and the 4WD system is properly working.

Indeed! Mine wasn't working when I bought it either, but the problem was to do with the vacuum-based automatic hubs rather than the gear, and is easy to fix at home. You'll need the workshop manual (available here to download).

However, I'm flirting with the idea of getting down a more reliable manual hub. <_<
