Questions about FL22 Coolant

I recently got a 2009 Mazda Demio. It says that recommended the coolant type is FL22. 

1. Does anyone know a place I could buy this from?
2. What issues could come up if I don't use this particular type?
3. Is there an alternative I could use?

FL22 is Mazda specific coolant type similar to Toyota Super Long Life Coolant. you could use any reputed coolant in the market like (Valvoline) Zerex Asian Vehicle coolant, Bear Brand (Seiken) Hyper Long Life Coolant etc for pre-mixed ones. these are pretty much similar to Mazdas FL22. but remember to flush the existing with Distilled water at least couple of times before using these pre-mixed coolants.
