Mercedes CLA 200 Error Message

Dear All,

My CLA 200 2019 pops up below errors time to time and does not shift to P. This occurred after a week after battery done through the agent, several references obtained indicate this is due to a damaged door lock where the door was opened while vehicle is in D, any one has experience of this

Normally the car will go into park when the driver door is opened, however if the door is not closed properly the last message should come on. Did you get it checked with the agent? Not shifting to P is a bit weird could be a software glitch.

as per service advisor it could be a steering module issue, but i feel that the guy has not checked it properly and he is no longer employed at agent.
