now THAT'S a down to earth yet sci-fi dash.. and a single spoke steerign, now that ought to be a new experience.. I must say mitsubishi's new design these is quite appealing!!

not that new i'm afraid...

Citroen have came out with a single spoke design half a Century ago!!! (52 years ago to be precise)

Initially showcased on the Citroen DS ,

the single spoke steering wheel also showed up later on the Citroen CX

there may have been other manufacturers to have use the same desgin,but from what i know citroen were the first to put it in mass produced vehicles
