U cant get a brandnew set for 25 range. they are above 30K.

used between 13-17K, even 16"

it depends on the brand.. oz racing ,eneki goes from 30 -40t for 15 rims.. but 25 -30 u can get bbs n unbranded stuff..

saw some nice 2 nd hand stuff ..legue n bbs n eneki branded at wattala betwn 13-16t..good stuff
