anyway do we have a form for club memberships.. i think we should have a formal one with contact numbers and mazda logo and stuff like that.... what do u think.. because when we hand these over for memberships it should look good from the start.. and this is nothing costly.. can design in word... and email... and have a few photocopies for hand deliveries.. any comments.....

event is confirmed.

date is now 29th as there is another event on the 28th at the same venue.

So to re confirm. MFOC Event is on the 29th.

We have to pay Rs 10,000/- this time for the venue. hence we will have to charge from members. Once we know how many guys/ cars are gonna turn up we can fix the fee.

I suggest Rs 1000/- which is reasonable.

lets try and get the members and those coming for the event to pay upfront

thats fine.. but what about the monday factor? however if there are members willling to sign up thorugh e mail.. we have to collect the fee from them at the event.. because there are some guys interested in joining the club and i was gonna ask whether i should send a form.. but i need a finalized form for that.. and also we have to mention the fee. 1000 bucks seems ok provided we tell them the breakdown...

it dont matter which form, get them to sign up and come.

Thats the main thing.

get e mail, car type and phone number.

mention the 1000/- please so that we have no surprised folk

The mass publicity for the event needs to kick off.

The Sundays in June are 8th, 15th & 22nd.

Should we go and put some ads in the H** Ad on 15th & 22nd?
