Engine Oil Draining System

seeker

Question

Guys,

Was at Kl**n P**K last week and got to know about a system that cleans engine oil and possible sludge from the system. Apparently, a synthetic oil is circulated to clean out the residue, prior to filling the sump in the usual manner. Heard this is available at P*t S**P as well...

Question is, has any one used this? if so, what are the pros & cons for short term & long term, of doing such a cleanup?

I think this is Engine Flush, they put somekind of a flushin oil and drain it, but most mechanics dnt recomend this for car with 60+ Milage, if u really want to do a flush just put somekind of cheep engin oil and then run the car for 500 or less Km and then drain the oil, At night remove the oil nut and Oil filter, let the oil drain till morning and replace the new oil filter and put new oil, actually this is DIY job

What is the reason for not recommending to use flushing oil for the cars with 60+ millage??
