Car Tuning

hi guys

i own a suzuki swift 1.3 manual R type made in japan

recently i did the engine tuning at rajagirya

i saw when i put in the ignition key and turn on the car( not going the full circle and putting the car on to first gear ) the TACHO METER IS already showing some reveloutons around the 1.5 mark

is that normal or is it due to the tuning

does it rduces the fuel efficacy

any ideas guys

At the normal working temperature, Idle RPM should be 700-800. If it is 1500 at the time of starting in the morning, it is ok but it should come down once engine gets heated up.
