Hi... any advice on what would be the better ATF oil for our sri lankan conditions? and how frequently should it be changed. cost?

i've also seen ATF additives like "3M Transmission Conditioner, 8821" which are sposed to improve the autobox efficiency. my car is a Nissan Primera P11 with a standard autobox. Any thought on this?
